During our Christmas stay at the hotel, we appreciated the helpful and polite staff, as well as the convenient location close to local attractions. The room was clean, and we enjoyed the comfortable bedding. the hotel had free on-site parking, which was a great convenience during our stay.
There were a couple of negative aspects during our stay. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, which detracted from the overall cleanliness of the room.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, always available to help with any requests. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I was lucky to have a room with a beautiful view of the valley. The location of the hotel, high on a hillside from the main road, was perfect as it provided a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of The Mall. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and filled me up for the day.
The only small improvement I can suggest is to update the lobby area and furnishings.

Our room was very spacious and clean, with a fabulous view of the mountains. The staff at Lords Regency were well-behaved and attentive, especially the hotel MD Vikas Seth who fulfilled all our primary requirements. The location of the property was top-notch, within walking distance to Mall Road, making it very convenient for exploring the city center. The food was delicious, and even though they didn't offer a buffet system, the breakfast was still very good. we had a happy and satisfying stay at Lords Regency.
If you are planning to check out early morning, be aware that all the corridor lights and lifts are turned off. We had to carry all our luggage downstairs ourselves, which was a bit inconvenient.
